Lake Trail Retreat

We stayed at Kenneth’s rental and had a truly wonderful experience. The home was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. It was the perfect size for our family—my wife, our three kids, and even our dog felt comfortable and welcome. One of the highlights was how conveniently located the property was, making it easy to enjoy all that Lake George has to offer without the stress of long drives or parking hassles. You can tell Kenneth takes great care and pride in the space. We would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway in Lake George.

This Airbnb was the best I’ve ever been to. The host is amazing and the house is impeccable. We are very nervous usually to stay at someone’s home, but this home could not be any cleaner than my own and we felt right at home. The instructions provided were very clear and concise, and we had no issues. The host provided places where we can rent boats rent bikes, places to go and we tried them all. The town is beautiful and there is so much to do. Thank you so much for a wonderful 65th birthday for my husband!

Very beautiful house with all the amenities needed for your stay! The house is super clean & in a convenient location. The hot tub was a lovely addition to our stay & was very clean. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the Lake George area!

We really enjoyed staying at Kenneth’s place. It had even more amenities than we realized. Nice touches like having laundry detergent and plastic wrap on hand made our stay even more pleasant. They thought of everything you might need and had it available. There is access to the bike trail at the end of the street , so no need to load and unload bikes if you want to go for a ride . There is a Walgreens right around the corner. It also is very walkable to Lake George and all of the shops and restaurants. We stayed here with our family of six and were very comfortable. It had just the right amount of space for everyone to have a separate bedroom and bathroom, but a large enough common area to enjoy meals and games. The house was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the area was quiet. We made good use of the hot tub and the outdoor fire pit. We would definitely stay here again.

This is probably one of my favorite places we’ve stayed. The house was absolutely beautiful, clean, free of clutter and comfortable. We had everything we needed and Kenneth and Brittany kept in communication to make sure everything was as it should be. This house had the feel of staying at a hotel - very well maintained and clean, but was very comfortable and felt like home. The room sizes were great, the closets!!! The bathrooms were big and we loved the showers. I can’t recommend this place enough! It was close enough to the downtown area and also by some walking trails/playground. I really hope to be back soon. Thank you for sharing your amazing place with my family!

We loved Kenneth’s place! We stayed here with our two kids (4 and 7) and there was plenty of room for everyone. The queen bunk beds were a hit. We’ve stayed in many Air BnBs and I have to say, this place had all the little things I love that not every place has: ample tissue boxes, a really nice Weber Genesis grill, and PLUSH toilet paper. And the hot tub. I figured since Kenneth dropped the brand it was a nice one and boy howdy is it ever. It’s huge and it has jets that MOVE IN CIRCLES over your back. Granted, most of the hot tubs I’ve used have been at gyms or indoor water parks, leaving much to be desired, but this thing was awesome. The location of the home is wonderful. You can walk right into the historic battlefield in about five minutes and to the lake in 10-15. We’d absolutely stay here again.

This place is a gem! Two families, with 2 small children, my parents and our dog felt right at home. The home was so much more spacious than I thought it would be! The house itself was squeaky clean and had the essentials. The hot tub was great and felt private. The house was great for the kids as it’s all one level and it is a short 10 min drive to great escape and the indoor water park. Highly recommend this place, and would love to stay again during season!

I booked this place for myself and 2 friends for a well needed relaxing trip away. This place exceeded our expectations. We each had our own room and plenty of space. Everything was very clean!! The hot tub was just so relaxing. We enjoyed it in the morning while we were planning our days activities. We also enjoyed it under the stars. We couldn’t get the fire pit to light, but Kenneth came the next day and let us know how to get it started. Our trip was mid-March so there wasn’t much open in town and we were fine with that! We were very lucky that the weather couldn’t have been nicer! We stayed 3 nights and were very sad to leave. We wanted to stay a few more days. I just happened this place scrolling through Air B&B and I’m so glad that it caught my eye. Absolutely worth it. It does sit behind a hotel, and the Main Street isn’t very far, but the backyard is fenced in and we felt that we had plenty of privacy and the sound wasn’t loud at all. I’d would 100% stay here again.

Loved the house! The decor and furnishings were very nice and the proximity to town was perfect. I would definitely stay here again if coming back to Lake George! We all enjoyed our stay very much.

Stayed there with friends, very nice house, lots of space, everything was clean and some thing even had labels. Anyone planning to go to Gore mountain that’s an easy 40 minutes drive. Nice hottub and fire pit. In walkable distance from the town.
